Sound style is a particular set of sound tracks that guides you through the training process in Prana Breath app.
There are following types of the style of the sounds:
- Background sound styles - for the main sound during the training.
- Metronome sound styles - for the regular ticking sound.
- Phase transition sound styles - for the sound in the beginning of new breathing phase.
- Guidance sound styles - for some extra sounds that may guide you through the complex training.
- Occasional sound styles - for the short random sounds.
- Other sound styles - for pause-sound, stop-sound, etc.
You can listen and download extra sound styles on the pages above.
Contents

- Tap on the default sound name you're interested in, and listen to it. Note that all sound settings are applied to the preview.
- Press "Apply" on upper right.
- If it's a background sound style, you'll listen the preview of the sound of all 4 breathing phases.
Download new sound style
You can get new sound styles that we've prepared for you:
- Tap on "Background/Metronome/Phase transition/other sound style" item.
- Tap on big "+" button on bottom left.
- Choose "Download".
- You will be redirected to a special wiki page with new sound styles (make sure you're online). There you can listen to and download new sound files. They will be imported to the app automatically.
- Note that the background sound will be faded the very same way as for the default if you have fade options turned on.
- It is available for Guru version only.

- If it is a background sound style, decide if you'd like to have one music track as a background sound, or separate ones for each of breathing phases.
- Tap on "File" and browse your file system.
- Tap on "Save" on top right.
- Listen to the chosen sound style, if you wish.
