This meditation on the go has become popular recent decades, and is popularized widely (even in Today show. There are lots of books that cover this topic, but we recommend a simple yet inspiring book by Nobel Peace Prize nominee Thich Nhat Hanh called "Peace in Every Step".
This way an ordinary chore can actually become a time of stepping out of auto-pilot and reconnecting to yourself and the present moment.
Setting the training
- Download this pattern if you don't have it yet.
- Choose this pattern in Training tab or Control tab just before you are about to eat.
- You might change the settings of this meditation in Control tab and/or Dynamic tab to adjust it for your taste and needs.
- Have a few (or a lot) dirty dishes available for washing before you start.
Training process
- Open a water tap and adjust the water temperature and water jet.
- Take a couple of slow relaxing breaths.
