Training type
From Olekdia Wiki
Training type is the pattern of breathing gymnastics that comprises parameters of "ratio of breath cycle" and "breath methods" and sometimes some actions (like mudras or bandhi).

What training types there are in the app
In Prana Breath app there are 7 default training types with different purpose and effects.

There is the possibility to create and to practice the unlimited number of Custom trainings.

How to choose/change the training type
Option 1
- Go to Training tab.
- Swipe up/down until you find a name of the training type you need.
- You may also click on a bubble list item to go straight to the pattern you need. This list appears after you swipe up/down on the screen's right.

Option 2
- Go to Control tab.
- Press on "Training type" item.
- Choose the one you'd like from the list. Now you are ready to start the training!

How to get new patterns
Option 1
- Go to Control tab.
- Press on "Training type" item.
- Tap on "More" button.
- You will be directed to this wiki-page, where you may choose the training type.
- Press on the certain training type.
- Download the file you see there.

Option 2
- Go to "Training effects".
- Scroll down to see the list of training types.
- Tap on "More".
- Then the procedure is the same as with "option 1".
